Laundry Worker Lead

ARAMARK seeks a Laundry Worker Lead to oversee daily laundry operations in a fast-paced accommodation and food services environment. You will coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and ensure linens and uniforms are cleaned, finished, and delivered on time and to quality standards. Responsibilities include operating and troubleshooting commercial laundry equipment, monitoring chemical use and safety procedures, training team members, and maintaining inventory and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily commercial laundry workflow and task assignments
• Operate, load, and unload industrial washers, dryers, and finishing equipment
• Inspect linens and uniforms for stains, damage, and quality standards
• Monitor and follow safety, chemical handling, and sanitation procedures
• Train and support laundry staff on procedures and equipment use
• Maintain inventory of linens, uniforms, and laundry supplies
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and report maintenance needs
• Keep laundry areas clean, organized, and compliant with policies
• Track production, losses, and report issues to supervisors
• Model Aramark's service, teamwork, and respect-focused culture
