The business is looking for a Production Manager to oversee production, filling, packaging, and labelling operations while helping strengthen operational discipline across the facility.

Production Leadership & Operational Execution

You will oversee day-to-day management of production operations across processing, filling, packaging, and labelling functions.

• You will know where bottlenecks are developing.
• You will know where productivity is being lost.
• You will know where stronger processes and communication are needed.

You will also lead hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management while driving KPI improvements across safety, quality, service, efficiency, waste, and cost.

You will likely bring 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally within food manufacturing or a related processing environment.

Experience leading both hourly and salaried employees will be highly valuable.

You should have a strong understanding of production operations, scheduling, continuous improvement, budgeting, food safety, and operational compliance.

This role is ideal for a production leader who wants more ownership, more visibility, and a greater opportunity to influence operational performance directly.

You may currently be leading a production department and looking for broader responsibility or already managing a large team but seeking a platform with greater growth potential.
