Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

This Production Manager will join the company's Las Cruces, New Mexico operation — the largest processing facility of its kind in the world.

As Production Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for production departments encompassing processing, filling, labeling and packaging.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing salaried and hourly production employees
• Developing supervisors and other members of the production leadership team
• Managing production performance against established KPIs
• Driving improvements in safety, quality, service, efficiency, waste and cost
• Optimizing labor, materials and production capacity
• Managing production schedules to achieve inventory and customer requirements
• Partnering with Quality to maintain GMP, HACCP and food-safety requirements
• Working closely with Maintenance, Warehouse, Facilities and other Operations leaders
• Supporting production budgets and analyzing financial performance
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities
• Participating in capital investment and plant improvement projects
• Maintaining audit and inspection readiness
• Developing and maintaining SOPs
• Supporting sanitation and food-safety programs
• Building a strong culture of accountability, communication and continuous improvement

• 4+ years of food manufacturing leadership experience
• Proven success leading and developing production teams
• Experience managing production budgets, costs and financial performance
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, sanitation and food-safety requirements
• Experience using production KPIs to improve performance
• Continuous improvement experience
• SAP or comparable ERP experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
