Production Manager Job Description
Experience: Mid Level
Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 per year
Job Details- Manage production operations at a red chili processing facility.
- Oversee food manufacturing activities within a spices and ingredients operation.
- Lead and support production activities during a Monday-Friday day shift.
- Apply food manufacturing experience to the plant's production environment.
- Support efficient and effective manufacturing operations.
- Lead production within a specialized food-processing facility.
- Food manufacturing experience required.
- Experience or strong background in production management within a food-processing or food-manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in plant operations, production, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience leading production operations within a manufacturing facility.
- Experience in food processing, spices, ingredients, or a related food-manufacturing environment is highly relevant.
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
- Candidates with a demonstrated history of stable employment are preferred; no job hoppers.
- Must be willing to work a Monday-Friday day shift.
- Relocation candidates will be considered, with a full relocation package offered.
