RN Weekend Supervisor

Seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Socorro, NM.

• Schedule:
  
  Saturdays and Sundays; hours discussed during interview.
• Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality resident care, acting as the clinical decision-maker, monitoring resident conditions, managing medication and documentation, addressing staffing issues, and promoting teamwork.
• Qualifications:
  
  Valid NM RN license, prior supervisory or weekend leadership experience preferred, strong assessment and communication skills, ability to work independently.
