Mountain View Regional Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Nocturnist to join our inpatient and emergency coverage team. This role offers competitive pay, flexible employment options (W-2 or 1099), and the opportunity to practice in a well-supported hospital environment with strong physician and APP coverage.

Position Highlights- Nocturnist NP opportunity
- Compensation: $90/hour
- W-2 option with full benefits available
- 1099 option available (no benefits; malpractice provided)
- Relocation assistance available

- 24-hour NP/PA coverage
- 72-hour physician coverage daily
- EMR system: MEDHOST EDIS
- Located near El Paso
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current New Mexico NP license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently overnight
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Prior inpatient or emergency experience preferred
