Overview
We are currently hiring for multiple RN positions at Casa Del Sol Center! Multiple Openings. Provide nursing care, including care of patients ranging in age from infancy to elderly. Provide direct care with skills necessary to offer individualized care based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, educational and safety considerations of assigned patients. Within the scope of an RN license, position will supervise 3-4 Certified Nursing Assistants.

- Provide care for a variety of patients/residents with an array of complex diagnoses leading to enhanced knowledge and skills in many different areas.
- Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
- Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions put in place as needs arise to minimize rehospitalizations and continued evaluation of outcomes.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
- Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing and one of the following: (1) Valid New Mexico RN license; (2) CGFNS Certificate; or (3) NCLEX Examination.
