Department/Unit Summary
Manages daily departmental operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities while supporting the development of departmental standards and objectives. Oversees staff performance, scheduling, development, recruitment, payroll, and engagement, fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment. Ensures regulatory compliance, budget oversight, vendor and contract management, and the effective procurement and maintenance of systems, equipment, and supplies. Coordinates and evaluates patient care delivery using evidence-based practices, collaborating with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments, and providing direct patient care as needed.

- Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
- Five years’ experience in an acute care facility preferred.
- Three years of leadership experience required.
