• Patient Ratio: 1:6

• Direct Patient Care: ~20–22 hrs/week. Provide care for Medical‑Surgical, Telemetry, Orthopedic, and Oncology patients.
• Telemetry Monitoring: ~4–5 hrs/week. Monitor cardiac rhythms, recognize changes in patient status, and communicate findings to providers.
• Medication & Treatment Administration: ~4–5 hrs/week. Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products (if applicable), and perform patient treatments.
• Patient Assessment & Care Planning: ~3–4 hrs/week. Complete comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Documentation & Care Coordination: ~3–4 hrs/week. Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

• Active RN License
• BLS Required
• 2+ Years Acute Care Experience
• Med‑Surg and Telemetry experience preferred

• Ortho/Oncology/Med‑Surg Telemetry Unit
• 1:6 nurse‑to‑patient ratio
• No call requirement
• Every other weekend required
• Floating to other Med‑Surg units as needed
• Meditech EMR

• Adult and Geriatric Population

RN with strong Med‑Surg and Telemetry experience, excellent time‑management skills, and the ability to manage a 1:6 patient assignment. Candidates should be flexible with floating, comfortable caring for orthopedic and oncology patients, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced acute care environment.
