Charge Nurse; RN

Join our team in a 12‑bed OR unit located on the 1st floor, where you will assist patients undergoing general surgery, bariatrics, orthopedic, and urological procedures.

In this role you will provide compassionate care to patients and work closely with RNs, CSTs, and FAs on the 1st‑floor operating room unit.

• Assist in surgical procedures including general, bariatric, orthopedic, and urological operations.
• Develop and implement plan‑of‑care interventions for patients.
• Provide post‑operative patient care and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality patient care.

• Current state RN license.
• Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certification within six months of hire.
• Preferred:
  One year of experience in an OR or surgical setting.
