Job description:

RN Unit Manager – $2,400 Weekly | Day Shift | 9-Week Contract

Rio Rancho, NM | $2,400 per week | 40 Hours Guaranteed

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for an exciting 9-week contract opportunity at a well-established Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation facility in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. This is a day shift leadership role ideal for nurses with strong clinical and supervisory experience in long-term care.

Schedule
  • Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Guaranteed

    Hours:

    40 per week
  • Contract Duration: 9 Weeks
  • Start Date: ASAP
Compensation
  • $2,400 Weekly Pay

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

  • Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations
  • Address resident and family concerns as needed
