Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surge (Bariatric, Ortho Oncology) – $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

Shift: Full Time, 3-12's, Nights 7pm-7am

Our Medical Surgical BOO unit offers a premier environment to hone your critical care skills and serves as a foundational steppingstone for future careers in Intermediate Care (IMC), Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and beyond. With a 1:5 to 1:6 nurse to patient ratio, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Deliver comprehensive patient care by implementing treatment plans, administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, and monitoring patient conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, including transfers, discharges, and support services. Educate patients and families based on individual needs, advocate for patient rights and well‑being, and address concerns promptly to ensure high-quality service. Demonstrate leadership in supervising, coaching, and evaluating staff, assigning tasks, and maintaining effective communication across departments.

Maintain accurate documentation, uphold ethical standards, and adapt to changing workloads while supporting new team members and utilizing current technology in care delivery.

• A current state RN license and an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school
• BLS required. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CEN preferred
• Experience in an acute care facility preferred
