Registered Nurse; RN - Medical Surgical

Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg $15,000 Sign On Bonus

Shift: 3-12's, 7am-7pm, Day Shift

Provide compassionate care to patients in a 34 room Medical Surgical unit on the 3rd floor. Assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure patient comfort and safety while maintaining a 1:5 to 1:6 nurse‑to‑patient ratio. Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and CNAs to deliver high‑quality patient care and support the unit’s care plan.

• Current state RN license and associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certification required within six months of hire; SLS preferred.
• One year of experience preferred.
