Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) in Las Cruces, NM and surrounding areas.

• Active RN license (New grads welcome, training provided)
• Provide care in a client home setting
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care provided by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
