You’ll work alongside an experienced physician and an exceptional clinical team dedicated to providing outstanding patient care in a supportive, welcoming environment.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with kidney‑related conditions
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and follow‑up visits
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families regarding kidney health and disease prevention
• Collaborate closely with the supervising physician and healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (or eligible for New Mexico licensure)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
• Interest in Nephrology is welcomed
