As an LPN/LVN in this rehab and long-term care setting, you will be responsible for delivering nursing care under physician guidance. Your duties will include administering medications, observing and documenting patients' medical status, and performing assessments throughout the course of treatment. You may also handle administrative responsibilities and rotate as a triage nurse, depending on the facility's needs. This role operates on an evening to early morning shift, from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, offering a consistent schedule for work-life balance.

• 1-2 years of recent experience in a similar setting
• Active state license to practice as an LPN/LVN
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to comply with all practice policies and procedures
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Flexibility to work evening to early morning hours
