Nurse Manager - Cardiac Catheterization Lab; RN at BlackStar Las Cruces, NM

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab.

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care and safety standards.

• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.

• Develop policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives.

• Provide direct patient care as needed in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).

• Active RN license in New Mexico or a Compact State
  .

• 5+ years of recent clinical experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or similar specialty.

• 35 years of nurse leadership or management experience required.

• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
