Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide in-home care in Chimayo, NM under a 1099 contract. Care is delivered per physician plans with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
You will work one-on-one with patients, coordinate with CNAs, HHAs, and case managers, and document care in our system. Expect travel to patient homes and adherence to background checks and licensing requirements.
