American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a NICU position on a night shift schedule, requiring an active NM or compact RN license and at least 2 years of experience.

• Work in the NICU/Labor and Delivery unit of a 199-bed hospital
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment duration

• Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact) currently in hand
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience required
• Current AHA certifications required prior to start
• Must complete fingerprinting and background check per New Mexico state clinical staff requirements prior to hire
• May start on a 14-day waiver while background check is processing, but must be supervised during this period
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

• Facility is Joint Commission Accredited with Chest Pain Center (Primary PCI) and Certified Primary Stroke Center designations
• Located in the Mesilla Valley of southern New Mexico with year-round sunshine and outdoor recreation opportunities
• Weekly orientation held on Mondays
• Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to be eligible for travel rate
• Local candidates within 60 miles may be considered at local rate
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time while on assignment
