Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on the night shift. The successful candidate will provide quality, compassionate healthcare to patients, delivering a spectrum of care including diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services. The position requires commitment to excellence and a passion for patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatment as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and health management.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Active RN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Current certifications as required for the role.
- Experience in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred.
