.As a Dialysis RN, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team under the supervision of the Charge Nurse while providing exceptional care to patients receiving life-sustaining dialysis treatments. You will also assist in supervising Patient Care Technicians to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care

What You'll

• DoProvide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatments to patients with kidney diseas
• e.Complete and document comprehensive physical assessments before and after each dialysis treatmen
• t.Monitor patients throughout treatment, recognizing and responding appropriately to changes in patient conditio
• n.Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established clinical protocol
• s.Complete monthly medication profile reviews to ensure optimal renal care and medication managemen
• t.Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, social workers, Patient Care Technicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plan
• s.Participate in all required patient assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary team meeting
• s.Supervise and support Patient Care Technicians while promoting a positive, team-oriented work environmen
• t.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standard
• s.Help ensure appropriate staffing levels to support safe, high-quality patient car
