Position: Registered Nurse (ICU)

Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico

Salary

• $74,880–$100,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus:
  Potentially available

Requirements

• Active New Mexico RN License
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS Certification
• ACLS & PALS required within 6 months of hire
• 1+ year ICU experience or 1+ year nursing experience in any specialty

Unit Highlights

• 32-bed Intensive Care Unit
• 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Staffed with RNs and CNAs
• Expanding cardiac service line

Patient Population

• Respiratory Failure
• Cardiac/Pulmonary Disease
• Sepsis
• Diabetic Keto acidosis (DKA)
• Other critically ill patients

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive patient assessments
• Critical care monitoring
• Administer specialized treatments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver high-quality ICU patient care
