Position Overview

• Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg / Telemetry
• Location: Las Cruces (ZIP: 88011)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary Range: $67,000 – $85,000/year
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (2-year commitment)

Must-Have Requirements

• Valid New Mexico RN License or Compact RN License
• BLS Certification
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• ACLS Certification
• PALS Certification
• Med Surg or Telemetry experience preferred

Unit Highlights

• 34-bed Medical Surgical Telemetry Unit
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5 to 1:6
• Strong support from CNAs and Unit Secretaries
• Excellent steppingstone into IMC and ICU specialties
• Collaborative and patient-focused work environment

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and create care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Deliver high-quality patient-centered care
• Document patient progress and nursing interventions
