Registered Nurse (RN), Medical Surgical
Our client, an award-winning, full-service hospital in Southern New Mexico, is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join their Medical Surgical Telemetry team. This is a strong opportunity for an RN who enjoys a collaborative inpatient environment and wants to continue building clinical skills in telemetry and higher-acuity patient care.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to medical/surgical telemetry patients, including patient assessment, care planning, medication and treatment administration, monitoring for changes in condition, patient education, and coordination with the interdisciplinary care team.
Work closely with physicians, nursing colleagues, CNAs, and other clinical staff to support safe, high-quality, patient-centered care and receive exposure that can serve as a strong foundation for future growth into IMC, ICU, and other critical-care settings.
Qualifications:
Valid RN License in New Mexico or Compact Multi-state License
Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
BLS certification required upon hire
3+ years experience in Med/Surg and/or telemetry

Salary: $67,000 - $85,000
