Quality Control Representative - Heavy Equipment/SpecialtyPRIMARY
PURPOSE:
The Quality Control Representative ensures accuracy, consistency, and compliance in Specialty claim files and processes. This role supports operational excellence through detailed audits and promotes continuous improvement across teams.
- Review claim files for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company and client-specific standards.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement; document findings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with internal or external audit preparation as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience- Minimum of 2 years in claims, auditing, or quality assurance.
- At least 1 year of appraisal experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in customer service or insurance environments preferred.
- Oral and written communication skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Analytical and interpretive skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
