Addus Home Care is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Las Cruces team. This role focuses on auditing client files for compliance, scanning into the system, and conducting home quality visits as needed to support care plans.
The position is full time, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with benefits including medical, dental and vision, daily pay, PTO and retirement planning. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
