Job Overview
This job posting is for employment at an independently owned and operated franchise of Denny’s. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly.
Responsibilities- Ensure that the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times.
- Maintain operational excellence so our restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are followed.
- Create a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy.
Minimum: $12.00
Maximum: $22.00
This position is at an establishment owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment‑related matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. The franchisor does not receive a copy of any application you submit, has no control over hiring decisions, and is not responsible for the employment policies and practices of independent franchisees.
If hired, the independent franchisee will be your employer.
