As the Beauty Sales Manager, you will own the sales experience within the Saks Fifth Avenue store, facilitate cross‑functional partnerships, drive client and clienteling, manage a high‑performing sales team, and support day‑to‑day operations to achieve store goals.

• Develop and nurture deep relationships with clients, drive repeat business and event participation, and plan appointments to maximize results.
• Use technology and data to coach Business Managers and Beauty Advisors on clienteling, social media, and targeted recommendations.
• Champion beauty expert development by building product knowledge, conducting inter‑sell training, and partnering with brands for education.
• Lead, recruit, and manage the Business Manager and Beauty Advisor team, fostering an inclusive culture, coaching performance, and succession planning.
• Oversee selling‑floor operations, including opening/closing duties, resolving client issues, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day business.

Salary range: $67,832 - $84,790 annually (or $70,915 – $88,644 depending on role). Eligibility for bonus and variable compensation.
