Launch your Management Career with Household Furniture. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Furniture Store Manager Trainee to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Management Trainee:
    Lead the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets by focusing on increasing the average ticket value, improving the closing percentage, increasing add‑on sales, and following up on all leads.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
    Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of satisfaction and handling customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Team Leadership:
    Provide strong leadership to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment. Mentor and train sales associates to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Operations Oversight:
    Manage day‑to‑day store operations, including scheduling, facility management, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Staff Development:
    Conduct regular performance evaluations and training sessions to support the professional growth and development of team members.
  • Market Analysis:
    Stay up‑to‑date with furniture industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and ensure our store remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales management, with a strong focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and inspire a high‑performing team.
  • Prior experience in the furniture retail industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
Compensation Package:
  • $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
