Position:
Merchandiser – responsible for displaying and arranging beverage products on shelves and other areas to attract customers.

• Display and arrange beverage products on shelves, displays, and other areas to attract potential customers.
• Provide excellent customer service to store owners and customers, resolving complaints or grievances.
• Maintain accuracy and work independently without direct supervision.
• Lift up to 70 pounds and perform tasks in moderate noise levels and occasional outdoor conditions.
• Arrange products according to prearranged plans or approved ideas.
• Place price and descriptive signs on backdrops, fixtures, merchandise, or floor.
• Transfer product from customer stock room to floor displays to comply with sell‑by dates and maximize product in store.
• Order product for assigned accounts following established procedures to prevent out‑of‑stock conditions.
• Generate or follow display ideas and schedules from the Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
• Communicate daily with key store personnel on service or product needs.
• Construct or assemble display aids from company‑provided point‑of‑sale materials.
• Wear company‑provided uniform and maintain a professional, well‑groomed appearance.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• High level of accuracy and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in merchandising or retail sales preferred but not required.
• Good communication skills and professionalism when interacting with customers.
• Ability to work in moderate noise and occasional outdoor conditions.
