Provide a visible presence at store entrances/exits to deter theft and maintain a safe environment;
Walk the sales floor to identify potential theft indicators and address them as directed by Store Leadership;
Partner with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize shortages;
Monitor for safety issues and maintain professional appearance per dress code;
Mitigate theft and fraud by monitoring entrances/exits and communicating findings to leadership; train/educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives
