Support Associate - Flagship

Job Description

• Process, track, and follow up on special orders and repair requests; communicate status to client advisors.
• Assist with special events, Made to Measure, truck shows; process and reconcile necessary invoices and client orders.
• Check in and receive new merchandise (including ticketing and back‑stock organization) per division requirements.
• Place product and merchandise in specified areas of the department under guidance of Group/Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager.
• Update merchandise placements to reflect changes in business priorities and ensure merchandise standards are followed.
• Process damages, reticketing, mark out of stocks, and RTVs.
• Complete markdowns; sign and move product once marked.
• Maintain daily reports, SPIFF entries, and receipts to ensure department and stockroom controls are executed.

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to shift focus quickly depending on business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage competing tasks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Product Suite preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
