Retail Associate

Ross Stores -  - Responsibilities:
Assist Customers in any way necessary - is register-trained, assists Customers with merchandise, and answers Customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.;
Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the Store and thanking them at checkout.;
Maintain a safe shopping environment by keeping the sales floor area clutter-free and reporting unsafe conditions.;
Perform cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting) and replenish restroom supplies to maintain store presentation.;  Expedite newly received merchandise to the sales floor and merchandise items per presentation guidelines.
