A Bit About UsWith roots in the print industry, we have become one of the leading digital agencies in the area with a long list of loyal customers spanning our three decades of caliber service. Due to massive continued growth, we have an immediate need for an Account Executive to lead our outside sales team. This is a new position and we are looking for someone to take us to the next level of sales and to continue to grow our team.
Our ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality with a successful career of bringing in new business (agency side preferred). Since this is a new position, territory and skies the limit!

This role is pivotal in driving business growth and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. As an Account Executive, you will be driving new business, responsible for managing and developing client relationships, and leading the strategic direction of accounts. This is a true hunter role, not client services/account management.
Is your background a match?- 5+ years of experience in B2B business development role within a marketing/advertising agency
- Proven track record of growing client accounts, with a strong focus on client satisfaction
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and strategies to clients and team members
- Strong understanding of the marketing industry, including digital marketing, creative development and print production
- Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and quickly build trust with decision makers at all levels
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Experience growing a sales team is highly desirable
- Background working with clients in manufacturing, construction, or building materials is a plus!
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business models and goals to effectively support and grow the partnership
- Drive account growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Track all interactions in CRM tools like Hub Spot to ensure no opportunity is missed while maintaining visibility into lead progress
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges
- Collaborate with our Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Vice President of Growth to refine sales strategies that align with company objectives across all service areas
- Work closely with our marketing team to provide actionable feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize your approach for both outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion
