• High School Diploma/GED
• Less than 2 years of experience in direct sales or retail, preferably in telecommunications or consumer electronics
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively engage and connect with customers

• Certification as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
• Certification as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
