This position is located in Las Cruces, NM.

• Competitive Compensation – targeted 1st year annual compensation of $50,000 – $63,000 with an average 46‑hour work week; opportunity for promotion and pay growth within first 12 months.

As a Management Training (MT) employee, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. Master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful, and establish relationships essential to building your own business. You will learn how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations while emphasizing putting our customers first.

• Must have a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Must currently live in the Las Cruces, NM area, or be willing to relocate within the next 30 days.
• Must have minimum six months of experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
