GIS Field Services, Inc. is hiring a Mortgage Field Inspector (1099 Independent Contractor) to conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans, determine occupancy status, photograph and document condition, deliver door notices, and complete reports using InspectorADE.
Flexible schedule with part-time or full-time options, weekly pay, and independent work in your assigned territory. Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. Training and equipment provided as needed.
