We're looking for a driven, in-home Residential Sales Representative who thrives in a consultative sales environment and wants to earn what they're worth.

This is a face-to-face, appointment-based sales role with a trusted brand, strong support, and a proven process. If you're competitive, coachable, and motivated by both helping people and earning a strong income—this is the opportunity.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home sales presentations using a proven, structured sales process
• Perform water testing demonstrations to educate homeowners on their water quality
• Recommend customized water treatment solutions (softeners, reverse osmosis, filtration systems)
• Close sales during the appointment whenever possible
• Manage follow-up opportunities and maintain communication with prospects
• Accurately document customer information, proposals, and outcomes
• Represent the Culligan brand with professionalism and integrity in every home

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in in-home sales, outside sales, or consultative sales (preferred but not required for the right candidate)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confidence in asking for the sale and overcoming objections
• Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
• Ability to work evenings and some weekends (when homeowners are available)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Coachable and open to following a structured sales system

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
