Caelum is seeking a Facility Security Officer (FSO) to support a Department of Defense contract at White Sands Missile Range. The FSO will administer the program’s industrial security requirements, support personnel security activities, maintain compliance with applicable DoD security regulations, and serve as the primary liaison for security-related matters.

• Manage personnel security processes, including clearance verification, access requests, security briefings, and debriefings.
• Maintain security records and documentation in accordance with Government requirements.
• Coordinate with Government security offices and contractor personnel regarding security matters.
• Support compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and applicable security regulations.
• Process visit requests and maintain access rosters.
• Conduct security awareness and required annual training.
• Assist with security inspections, audits, and reporting requirements.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities for cleared personnel.

• Minimum four (4) years of industrial security experience supporting DoD or Federal programs.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Knowledge of NISPOM requirements and contractor security procedures.
• Experience with personnel security administration, clearance management, and security documentation.
• Completion of applicable DCSA/CDSE Facility Security Officer training requirements or ability to complete required training upon hire.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

• Experience serving as an FSO or Assistant FSO.
• Experience supporting cleared contractor personnel
• Familiarity with DoD security clearance processes and security awareness training programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000 – $105,000 per year
