Substitute Campus Security Officer *Updated

Schedule:

30 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

This position will monitor the Weapon Detection System at various high schools and middle schools.

$17.13 per hour

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum level one state certification or training for security, or obtain Level one within first year.
• Successful passing of fingerprint and background check.
• Must be able to communicate with staff, students, and the public.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum two years of experience with law enforcement/corrections or with the fire department.
• Honorably discharged military/reserve.
• Previous experience as security guard, law enforcement, or military.
