Fisher Sand & Gravel New Mexico is seeking General Laborers to join their team in Las Cruces, NM. These individuals will support construction projects by performing a variety of physically demanding tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, reliable, and eager to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Acceptable MVR in accordance with company policy
• Ability to obtain S.H.A. certificate part 46 or 48 (company will pay for certification)
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)
• Ability to operate equipment on steep and rough terrains
• Ability to walk up and down steep terrain carrying materials
• Punctuality
• Basic knowledge of welding and cutting torch
• Team player willing and able to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel for extended out-of-town assignments
