Medium/Heavy‑Duty Truck Technician

Job TypeFull‑Time / Las Cruces, NM
PayFLAT‑RATE – the employee is paid per job instead of a salary or per hour.
ScheduleMonday‑Friday 8am‑5pm / One Saturday a month
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 or more years’ minimum experience; preferably in the Heavy‑Duty Truck Industry.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, CDL a plus.
- Sales skills and ability to make appropriate service recommendations.
- Basic engine knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, service software).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Ability to solve problems in an efficient and effective manner.
