The Bair Foundation is looking for a LEAD TREATMENT COORDINATOR in NEW MEXICO!
The Bair Foundation is a leading treatment foster care agency that was founded in 1967 and has been nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation since 2002. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for working with at-risk youth and families. - Ensure the safety of all children served. Ensure that abuse and neglect concerns are appropriately reported and immediate actions are taken to ensure client safety.
- Become certified in The Bair Foundation's model of care, which includes Together Facing the Challenge (foster/kinship parent training).
- Provide direct supervision to assigned foster/kinship families, including but not limited to coaching, follow-up and accountability in accordance to structure home visit requirements.
- Responsible for accurate and timely documentation in The Bair Foundation's electronic documentation system in accordance with policy and state regulations.
- Apply advance child welfare knowledge to develop plans of service to establish the appropriate interventions to be provided for each child on caseload and to assure compliance.
- Assist service team members and the child in accomplishing service plan goals and ensuring progress towards goals are documented.
- Cover on-call when assigned, which includes responding to emergency situations after hours.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Human Services field and two years of experience with the population served.
- Master's degree in Social Work or Human Services field.
