We’re looking for motivated, safety‑mindful recent graduates who are ready to hit the road. With hands‑on training from a certified mentor and competitive solo pay, you’ll gain the experience needed to build a successful over‑the‑road driving career.
- Hands‑On Training Program: 4–6 weeks with a certified mentor
- Paid Orientation & Training
- Weekly Solo Pay: $1,200–$1,500 on average
- Home Time:
Every 2 weeks - Long‑Term Career Path with Ongoing Support
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Completed a 120‑hour CDL school.
- Pass a road test and drug screen at orientation.
- No recent major moving violations.
- No recent terminations within the past 6 months.
- No Clearinghouse violations – SAP drivers not accepted at this time.
