Position:
Full‑time Regional Flatbed Driver (Division 290). Most weekends off. Home time: 34‑hour reset.

Pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54 per week ($46,984 – $105,120 per year). Bonus: $5,000 hiring bonus paid over four 90‑day periods when you are actively employed.

Financial package: $903.55 – $2,021.54 weekly; mileage rate $0.57 – $0.71 per mile. Includes accessorial compensation for tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, and over‑dimension pay.

Transition package: $1,800 – $1,000 included for orientation.

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• Safe driving record; no more than six jobs in last 3 years
• 4+ months of CDL‑A driving experience
• Background check, drug test, cleared through clearinghouse
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice
• Ability to lift 90‑pound tarp over 70% of loads
• Owner/operators and trainees with less than four months experience not eligible

• Trucks equipped with lane departure & forward collision warning, hard‑brake monitoring, satellite communication, and maintained 24/7/365 auto‑service.
• Driver portal app provides real‑time updates, pay access, trip data, messages, PTO availability.
