Role Description: The Route Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Cruces, NM. This position is responsible for delivering and picking up uniforms, linens, floor mats, and other facility service products along assigned routes, ensuring accurate and timely service for each customer. Daily tasks include loading and unloading products, performing scheduled inventory checks, rotating and restocking items, and verifying delivery documentation.

The Route Service Representative builds strong customer relationships by addressing service needs, responding to concerns, and communicating any changes or issues to the operations team. The role also involves maintaining company vehicles in safe operating condition, following all safety protocols, and representing the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous route delivery, delivery driver, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
