Assistant Director of Accounting

Description:

Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include overseeing the corporate accounting department and ensuring that the corporate accounting records are kept in accordance with company policies and procedures and adhere to generally accepted accounting principles. Additional responsibilities include ensuring that the property accounting records and consolidation of financial statements are prepared accurately and timely and are consistent with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Accounting or related area and a minimum of two (2) years experience as a Controller. Excellent PC and spreadsheet skills.
10-key by touch. Prior supervisory experience. Strong organizational skills. Detailed oriented, innovative, flexible, thorough task oriented, can work independently with minimal direction. Excellent communication skills. Gaming experience preferred. Must be flexible, able to handle multiple tasks, and establish priorities effectively. Must be able to obtain gaming work card for the jurisdiction in which the property is located. Flexible working hours and schedule required.
