Senior Accountant

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic Accounting team and help drive financial excellence as we continue to grow.

The Senior Accountant will manage key accounting functions including revenue recognition, inventory, fixed assets, R&D, and financial reporting. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the organization.

You’ll work cross-functionally with FP&A, R&D, Sales, IT, and Operations to deliver clear financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

• Manage revenue recognition in compliance with GAAP (ASC 606)
• Oversee accounts receivable, billing, collections, and cash application
• Maintain fixed assets, inventory, and related reconciliations
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and maintain general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and documentation
• Assist with audits, tax requests, and compliance requirements
• Implement and improve internal controls and SOPs
• Identify and drive process and system improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy
• Provide financial insights to senior leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or CMA preferred
• 4+ years of accounting experience (cost accounting, fixed assets, revenue)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite, Dynamics, SAP, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
