The Accounts Payable Clerk will join a team based in Las Vegas, Nevada to manage the financial operations of a small yet dynamic chemical manufacturing company. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices and payments, contributing to the overall efficiency of the accounting department. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and within a small team environment. Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial for success in this position.

• Manage accounts payable by entering invoices, processing payments, and mailing checks
• Oversee accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, posting payments, and conducting follow-ups
• File, scan, and maintain organized financial records
• Assist with basic reporting and general administrative accounting tasks

• 1+ years of accounts payable experience
• High school diploma
• Experience with Quick Books desktop
• Open to various industries
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred
