Accounting Administrator – Stations
The Accounting Administrator I – Station assists in the completion of day-to-day operations for the Corporate Accounting Department. Primary responsibility is ensuring accurate and timely posting of station‑related payables and facilitating communication between vendors and the company. The role involves creating a positive team environment and requires professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

Combination of education and experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986 and must pass a criminal background check.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Process station‑related payables or receivables in accordance with GAAP using data entry
- Collaborate with all organization areas to ensure proper coding and handling of invoices, primarily station accounting, procurement, and treasury
- Ensure proper documentation and verify approval/authorization limits
- Work with vendors to resolve discrepancies and any other issues that may arise
- Review and approve cash disbursements prior to weekly check runs
- Perform account reconciliation
- Apply cash and perform reconciliation
- Gather vendor W9 information for new vendor set‑up
- Participate in month‑end close activities
- Maintain files, including accounts payable documentation and other miscellaneous support materials
- Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing direction
- Other duties as assigned
The role requires regular standing, sitting, talking, hearing, seeing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and the use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, printer, and phone. Lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to 20 lbs. may be necessary. The job may require working various shifts/days in a 24‑hour situation. Regular attendance is required. Exposure to moderate noise, temperature, and light fluctuations is expected.
Some travel may be required.

Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per year
